Thank you to our wonderful patients. Randomly selected, those who happened to be seeing us in November 2017 were subjected to about 15 minutes of their time to fill out an objective survey about us. They kindly obliged and the results are in. As a service to you, it serves you and us well for continuous improvement on our part and that is our promise. It follows that we are always interested in what you think. We are also glad that this time around your opinion is resoundingly positive.
The National Average shown is based on a percentage of practices who choose to undergo accreditation in Australia like we have. This would tend to pull the averages higher.
Complimentary comments were numerous. Areas of improvement were minimal that we can indeed look at in 2018:-
Easier phone access to prescription renewal - This can already be done online. We will try to make this known better to patients.

Reminders of health 'maintenance planning' - Increase availability and information on our reminder system
Some might not like the 'TV Chatter' - Explore options e.g. use second waiting room
Large cups in the waiting room
More good quality doctors - Thank you. We will certainly look into this.
Obtaining a home/other visit - These are available but need to be planned with patient's regular doctor. Home/other visits are private billed. This information will be made more available to patients.
